Eddie Michelson is Senior Sales Manager at DPI Staffing, where he brings over a decade of staffing, sales, and talent acquisition experience. Since joining DPI in late 2024, Eddie has become a driving force on the commercial sales team, combining deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for building lasting client relationships.
Before coming to DPI, Eddie worked in multiple positions in the staffing and talent world. At Opti Staffing Group, he served as a Senior Recruiter and Sales Manager, earning the company’s President’s Club award for excellence. He went on to lead sourcing teams at Banfield Pet Hospital and BetterVet, where he managed specialized recruiting functions and developed talent pipelines at scale.
Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to his civilian career, he served for five years as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army. Eddie served two tours in Iraq in a variety of positions, including tank commander and Civil Affairs Specialist.
