Jen Plattner has spent more than 10 years in staffing and recruiting, working with everyone from small local businesses to large national companies. She got her start in 2015 as a Recruiting Coordinator at a regional staffing firm, where she quickly found her knack for building systems that helped busy, high-volume clients across the Portland metro area run smoothly. In 2019, she joined a national staffing firm as a Senior Recruiter and was soon promoted to National Recruiting Manager. There, she built and led a team of recruiters serving many Fortune 500 companies.
Jen leverages her background in high-volume staffing, specialized recruiting, and national leadership to help clients find the right employees for their teams. She loves to develop and build strong staffing teams that can meet each client’s unique needs. Jen brings a data-driven, consultative approach to helping companies identify and resolve hiring challenges. In her role as DPI Staffing’s Recruiting Manager for Oregon, she is committed to creating lasting partnerships with clients and meaningful opportunities for candidates.
