Miles Crawford is DPI Staffing’s Regional Director and Operations Manager, based in Arkansas.
Miles’ distinguished career in staffing began in 2006 at Go Ye Employment Services, a boutique firm in Fort Smith, Arkansas. During his early years at Go Ye, Miles became acutely aware of the daily struggles many individuals endure to secure employment. This realization came through countless interactions with candidates, which not only highlighted the barriers to employment but also the perseverance required to maintain a job. In response, in 2008, Miles spearheaded the “No Candidate Left Behind” initiative in collaboration with local NGOs, non-profits, churches, and educational entities. This program aimed to bolster support for job seekers, enhancing their prospects for employment and, by extension, their life outcomes.
In 2015, Miles’ continued work in the industry allowed him to serve a term as president of the Staffing Association of Arkansas. During his tenure, he was invited to present at Staffing World in Alexandria, Virginia, to share his ideas on how staffing firms could be more involved in their communities. He also had the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and to engage in pivotal discussions with the American Staffing Association, which culminated in significant changes to staffing industry regulations, particularly regarding the industry’s participation in registered apprenticeship programs.
Miles’ passion for and dedication to workforce development has allowed him the opportunity to serve in significant roles in the field, including chairing his regional workforce board. His commitment was further recognized with a gubernatorial appointment to the Arkansas Workforce Development Board.
